FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
The key answers on languages, costs, company formation and how working with us works — summarised at a glance.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in German, Polish and English — from the initial consultation through your documents to ongoing communication.
Are you a tax advisory firm?
No. We provide bookkeeping in accordance with Section 6 No. 4 of the German Tax Advisory Act (StBerG). Tax advice, legal advice and notarisations are handled through our network of licensed tax advisors, lawyers and notaries, which we coordinate for you.
How much does the initial consultation cost?
The initial consultation is free of charge — further advisory work is quoted individually.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
As a rule, we respond within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Berlin time).
Do I have to travel to Germany to set up a company?
Much of the process can be handled remotely. For notarial deeds there are power-of-attorney or online solutions depending on the case — we clarify the specific route in the initial consultation.
How long does a GmbH formation take?
The timeline depends on the notary appointment, the bank account and the commercial register — typically a few weeks. With complete documents we speed up every step.
Do you only work with Polish companies?
No — our focus is Polish-speaking, but we serve international clients from across the EU and beyond.
What happens after I send my enquiry?
We get back to you within one business day. In a free initial consultation we clarify your situation and the next steps — and you receive a clear quote before any costs arise.
